Mitchell Starc, one of the best left-arm fast bowlers ever to play the game has announced his retirement from T20I cricket. Cricket Australia confirmed on the morning of 2 September that Starc has retired from T20Is with the immediate effect. Starc was one of the biggest match winners for Australia in T20Is and his absence is surely going to be felt in the upcoming T20I World Cup in 2026.
